Sonic Terrain is supporting a new nice project which is currently developing an sound sharing platform, called Sonoport.
And they want you to design the sound of their animated logo, by participating in a competition, for a prize of $1500 in cash. Submissions are open from the 13th of August to the 4th of September 2015.
Sound Logo Creative BriefWe hope to receive as many and as varied proposals as possible however, we have some expectations:
- The visual logo has 3 components the sound wave, the shell, and the treble clef. Our sound archive includes sound FX, field recording, music loops, acoustic and synth sounds. Any of these sonic elements can therefore be used in our sound logo.
- The rhythm of the visual animation combines smooth transitions with a fast pace. To us, this is the balance between our two main values: sound and creativity + cutting edge technology and coding. We would like to have these two components in the sound logo too.
- Using our Sound Animator the sound logo can be made interactive. Boost your sound logo with interactivity!
- We accept multiple entries! Remember to save your sounds using different names in our Sound Animator App or else it would override the older version.
