By using Cconfin, custom software “inspired by elementary particles interactions and a physical phenomenon known as Colour Confinement”, molecular sonic events are finely manipulated and placed in a fascinating set of compositions by Ennio Mazzon, France Jobin, Robert Crouch and Franz Rosati for F901, printing their aesthetic vision in quiet but intricate dances of grains. The custom algorithm defines guidelines not only in terms of how sound is shaped, but also in how it can be experienced, letting the ears to walk on unknown territories, where those kind of tools become a lamp in the darkness, going upon a silent challenge where the sonic craft is surgical; a very precise and –almost always–invisible task. Both our sensorial system and rational methods can easily find barriers when depending on the visual, but with sound, art and science create a new relationship, a multi-dimensional interaction of beauty and logic.
